Project Description:
Cabrillo Medical Center was purchased as an outdated medical facility located in a prime medical neighborhood in San Diego. The existing building was demolished, and the new building was completed in May, 2007. The three-story, Class A building was designed to accommodate a single user or multiple tenants and features custom office units for sale or lease. Matt Carlson of Cushman & Wakefield is handling sales and leasing for the project.
"Cabrillo Medical Center will serve a variety of uses for medical tenants," says Carlson. "Its prime location adjacent to Highway 163 near Sharp Hospital allows for excellent signage opportunities and visibility."
Features include a modern design with high curtain walls, secured covered parking, and gurney accessible elevator.
The center was designed by San Diego architectural firm Ware Malcomb and constructed by San Diego-based Reno Contracting. |
