Mr. Jackel is responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth, operations and asset management. He handles acquisitions, dispositions and raising capital along with investor relations. He has more than 18 years of extensive experience in all phases of the real estate business including brokerage representation, building sales/acquisitions and real estate consultation.
Additionally, Mr. Jackel has owned, redeveloped and repositioned numerous properties as an investor/developer. He brings the day-to-day market knowledge and involvement required to achieve success on any real estate project, ensuring that no opportunity is left unexplored. His aggressiveness, flexibility and creativity make him uniquely qualified to see a project through from start to finish.
Prior to founding Fenway Properties, Mr. Jackel served as a broker for CB Richard Ellis, where he worked with REITs, private institutions, investors and family trust ownerships with core competencies relating to the needs of varied ownership groups. He completed over 1,500 transactions as a leasing and investment broker, ensuring that he knows what it takes to get the job done.
A graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, Mr. Jackel currently resides in the Carmel Valley/Del Mar area of San Diego with his wife Audrey, daughter Danielle, and sons Ben and Ryan. He is on the Board of Directors, currently in the position of President, for the Del Mar Little League, and he is an active coach for his children's teams in baseball, soccer and basketball.

As General Counsel of Fenway Properties,
Mr. Smith is responsible for all of Fenway’s legal
affairs. Prior to joining Fenway, he was a real estate
attorney with a regional law firm with an emphasis on the
structuring, documentation, and negotiation of complex finance,
disposition, and acquisition transactions representing owners,
developers, and operators. Mr. Smith combines his legal
knowledge with an understanding of practical corporate and
real estate issues to analyze, structure, negotiate, and
implement diverse and complex real estate transactions for
Fenway.
Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University
of Colorado (B.S., Business Administration, magna cum laude)
and California Western School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude).
Mr. Smith is a member of the State Bar of California, American
Bar Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
Allen Jackel is Director of Leasing for
Fenway Properties in San Diego, responsible for overseeing
the leasing of Fenway Asset Management’s portfolio
of office, industrial, medical, and retail properties in
California and Arizona. He has 15 years of experience in the
commercial real estate business.
Prior to joining Fenway Properties, Mr.
Jackel served as Vice President/Market Officer for ProLogis,
an industrial real estate firm that specializes in distribution
facilities and services worldwide. He was responsible for
negotiating commercial leases and property sale transactions
within the Inland Empire and Las Vegas submarkets. In addition,
he marketed large industrial portfolios and worked with
fund partners to ensure their investments were profitable.
Mr. Jackel holds a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Business Administration with
an emphasis in Management from Arizona State University.
Currently he serves as a board member for the National Association
of Industrial and Office Properties.

Mr.
Beale oversees the development of each project including
proforma creation and analysis, architectural and
contractor coordination, as well as managing the entitlement
process. Mr. Beale has more than 11 years of diverse
experience in architectural planning, engineering
and construction management.
Prior to joining Fenway Properties, Mr. Beale served as
Project Manager for Ware Malcomb Architects, working with
local and national developers planning, designing, and managing
the construction of more than 1 million square feet of office,
industrial, and R&D buildings in Southern California.
Additionally, Mr. Beale master planned more than 300 acres
of office and industrial business parks and provided architectural
consulting services for many residential projects.
Mr. Beale holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Management from University of Phoenix in San Diego and an
Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering from MTI
College. Mr. Beale is also on the Board of Directors for
Baja Challenge, a charity organization that builds homes
for families in Mexico, and is a member of the Urban Land
Institute (ULI) and Young Leaders.

Mr. Hameister directs and coordinates
the company's financial planning and budget management
functions. In addition, he prepares financial
analysis reports for contract negotiations and company
investment decisions. He also oversees the financial
reporting and tax compliance functions of Fenway’s
accounting department.
Prior to
joining Fenway Properties, Mr. Hameister was a senior
level accountant at RPR Partners, LLP, a CPA firm
specializing in large real estate clients, where he
assisted his clients with any accounting issues and
oversaw tax compliance and tax consulting. His clients
included ground-up and value-added commercial developers,
home builders, and commercial and residential rental
real estate owners.
Mr. Hameister holds a CPA license
from the state of California and a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis
in Accounting from California State University San
Marcos. |

Mary C joined Fenway in early 2009 to enable the company to provide even better service to our tenants by giving them direct access to the ownership. She has extensive asset and property management experience commencing in November, 1999, for an entity that controlled 93 properties including grocery stores, retail centers, corporate offices, undeveloped land and restaurants. Mary handled their construction projects, worked with governmental agencies on road construction and improvements, met monthly with neighborhood groups affected by construction or area projects, met with tenants, negotiated leases, worked with other property managers from numerous management companies and represented the ownership at city meetings, court hearings and media interviews.
In addition, Mary has several years of day-to-day interaction with tenants addressing their questions and concerns, vendor selection and supervision, negotiating lease options and extensions, property bill paying, regular communication with property owners and monthly accounting reports to the owners. She obtained her Arizona real estate license in May of 2006. In the spring of 2007 she went to work for Environmental Excellence, Inc., as the office manager, bookkeeper and field supervisor, where she remained until joining Fenway.
Mrs. Lawler oversees the company's financial management including budgeting, billing, payables, receivables, and other accounting related responsibilities. Prior to joining Fenway Properties, Mrs. Lawler worked for a commercial and residential real estate developer and a residential property management company. Mrs. Lawler’s emphasis has been on construction accounting creating budgets, processing contracts and change orders, compiling all loan draw documents, and verifying the compliance of all insurance, licensing, and waiver requirements.
Mrs. Lawler is a graduate of University of California, San Diego, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.

Ms. Hanson handles all administrative
and office management duties for Fenway Properties.
She also assists the team in various business development
and marketing tasks. Working closely with her
Fenway team members, Ms. Hanson provides support,
organization, and implementation in all areas of their
business practices. Prior to joining Fenway
Properties, Ms. Hanson was a file clerk for Liability
Insurance Administrators in Santa Barbara.
Ms. Hanson holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Crime and Control from San Diego State University.

Ms. Moore brings in excess of 20
years of commercial real estate experience to Fenway
Properties, many of which were spent at CB Richard
Ellis assisting Mr. Jackel during his tenure there.
She supports the principals of Fenway by reviewing
and preparing lease documents, helping coordinate
purchase and sale transactions and documentation,
assembling marketing and investment materials, and
overseeing the company website.
Ms. Moore attended Gibbs - Boston in Massachusetts
with an emphasis on business practices and procedures.
In addition to real estate her background includes
banking, law, and new media. Prior to joining Fenway
Properties, she spent six years in SW Florida, where
she worked in public broadcasting, an organization
she continues to actively support. |
